I’m Alice, a Royal Tunbridge Wells-based Specialist Dietitian who believes in the life-changing power of nutrition.
In my first year of practice, I soon realised that making a difference wasn’t as simple as providing the right evidence-based strategy or the perfect meal plan. I had to get my clients on the same page. That’s when I started asking them the question that changed everything: what makes this important to you?
Now, I look at how my patients’ health or weight could be holding them back - and give them the support they need to find a way past it. I use my skills and knowledge to empower would-be parents, helping them to take control of their diet and lifestyle during an emotional time. I show mums how to build their energy and fitness so that they can race around the park after their children. I support people to develop the self-compassion and courage to face the challenges a long term health condition can pose.
Whatever your goals, my unique approach to nutrition empowers you to live the way you want to live. With my help, I hope to show you not just how to eat better - but how to live better. From the nutritional management of chronic health conditions to safe and sustainable weight-management programmes, I'll use my knowledge and skills gained over 12 years in NHS clinical practice to help you meet your health goals. While I’m delighted to meet and support clients on all kinds of journeys, I specialise in weight management, women’s health, fertility & pregnancy and supporting sustainable lifestyle change.
