The TN card is eighteen months old this week and a lot has happened since it began! I'm working hard to improve our member experience and would love to know how you're finding the scheme and how it can be made better, to serve both our community and our independents more effectively.
The survey runs throughout August and is open to everyone in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and our villages - current members, those who've had a membership card and those who've not joined. All data collected is confidential and will be invaluable in helping to shape the scheme in future months.
To say thank you for taking part, one lucky respondent will receive £50 to spend at an independent of their choice.
