We offer top of the range strength and cardio equipment, 25 metres of astro turf for sprint drills and plyometrics. The team are always on hand to help you with technique and can offer expertise if required. We ensure that our team understand the most up to date techniques and also extensive knowledge on what to offer in terms of different fitness regimes, this keeps our clients motivated.
It’s important to us that we offer more than just the physical side to getting fit and getting in to shape. We offer also a range of supplements, aimed at supporting general health and fitness regimes, during and between training. We know that our products are the very best on the market.
