We are excited to host a truffle workshop just for TN members with TN partner Molly from Atelier Chocolates.
Join us for a delightful two hours at The Spa Hotel, where you'll discover the art of crafting exquisite truffles and dive into the fascinating world of chocolate. You'll explore a brief history of chocolate, tracing its origins and evolution over time. Once you have learnt some new chocolate facts you will then gain insight into the science of tempering chocolate.
You will use your newfound skills to temper your own chocolate to dip your own filled truffles. These will be adorned with a selection of toppings of your choice. Once you have made your chocolate truffles you will then package them in premium Atelier boxes for taking home as a sweet memory of your chocolate adventure.
This experience, set just before Christmas, offers a wonderful blend of culinary art, chocolate history and scientific precision in a fun and relaxed setting, as the perfect way to start the Christmas holidays!
