We built our foundations in brick and mortar studios, working on bringing together an incredible team with a vast wealth of knowledge and endless talent and developing classes with a 360 view on nurturing and training the body.
Our first studio opened in Tunbridge Wells in 2018 and includes a pop-up juice and smoothie bar alongside a boutique store selling both British and International activewear and sustainable wellness products. Our second studio opened in Sevenoaks in 2021 with two floors of fitness studios, a treatment room and an on-site cafe serving as the community health food hub.
