The HR Dept Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells is an HR Consulting firm based out of Tonbridge. After completing a decade’s stint in Corporate, I launched this business in 2017. The firm specialises in employment law advice, people solutions and protection through tribunal indemnity insurance for SME businesses just like yours.
Besides other qualifications gained abroad, I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, UK and the business is registered with the ICO.
What makes The HR Dept different? We’re not a call centre, we’re a small business based in your local area, passionate about helping SMEs grow and achieve efficiencies. We will ensure that your HR framework is bespoke and robust in responding to not just staff needs, but protecting your business in the event of a claim from your employee.
How can we help? Our services include the advice line, onboarding staff with a bespoke contract of employment, handbook, HR portal management, benefits and restructure plans. We will handle any grievances or disciplinaries sensitively. We not only support clients as individuals but over time, strive to be a part of your team.
Our services can be offered on a one-off project basis or through the retained option. We are happy to work with employers, who wish to take on their first employee, to larger businesses employing up to a 100 staff. We wear the same tshirt and understand the stresses of an SME employer when faced with a staff claim.
